For pre-orders, items will be available to purchase for one week and will be processed by our third-party apparel vendor during this time. At the conclusion of the pre-order window, please allow between 10-14 business days to receive your order.For regular items, please allow 3-5 business days for processing and then 10-14 business days to receive your order. Although our aim is to minimize delays and deliver your packages timely, please understand that safety is our prime concern so orders may take longer than usual to arrive due to various challenges resulting from the COVID-19 crisis. Delivery options available for your order will be displayed at checkout.

Generation Mastermind does not offer refunds or exchanges. In the event that we allow a refund for a canceled order, please note that there will be a 20% restocking fee.

Generation Mastermind is not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit. Generation Mastermind is also not responsible for lost/stolen packages that are delivered to requested destination. All risks associated are assumed by the mail courier.
